Scottish Partner of the Year

Capita IT Services is Cisco's Scottish Partner of the Year - again! For the second consecutive year Capita IT Services is named Cisco's Scottish Partner of the year.

Capita IT Services has been awarded the prestigious title of ‘Scottish Partner of the Year’ by Cisco for the second consecutive year at its 2010 Scottish Partner Awards, recently held in Dunblane. Recognising partner excellence across a range of sectors, Capita IT Services was selected from a shortlist of Cisco accredited partners, as well as local specialist partners.

Cisco awards this honour only to the very best partners who meet a specific set of requirements in each of its categories. Cisco’s reasons for selecting Capita IT Services as the winner of ‘Scottish Partner of the Year’ include:

  • year-on-year growth
  • investment in specialised training and resources to improve service capabilities
  • adoption of advanced and emerging technologies and continued drive of these technologies into the Scottish market place
  • innovation within sales of Cisco solutions
  • breadth of engagement with the Cisco team and customers
  • excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSATs) results
