    About Whitefriars Housing Group

    Whitefriars Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association, based in Coventry, that was born in 2000 as a result of a positive tenant vote which led to what was then the largest single housing stock transfer in the country.   

    More than 22,000 homes owned by Coventry City Council were passed on to Whitefriars Housing Group, making them the city’s largest social landlord.  They have developed more than 500 homes across the city. As a result, they are now the owners and managers of more than 18,000 affordable homes.

    The solution

    Already outsourcing their IT, Whitefriars felt that their incumbent supplier was underperforming. They wanted a company that could further improve user support and network operations.

    Our solution was to improving user support and network operations through a fully managed IT support service for their 500 users. The support provided incorporates a managed service desk, one full time engineer on-site, remote monitoring and management of their servers and all network equipment.
